Looking for a simple DSLR?

I am looking for a digital SLR that is simple like my old 35mm (Minolta SRT-101). I don't need auto mode or fancy toys. Just manual focus, interchangeable lenses, light meter, aperture, ISO, and shutter speed. Does anyone make a camera like this? I know that all DSLRs have these options, as well as the toys, but I won't use the extras and I'm trying to save money. Perhaps an older model?
