What to do when a guy friend drunk texts u?

there is this guy who is a friend of mine, known him for just over a year. he started flirting with me via messages not so long ago, a few days ago he sent me a message again saying that he missed me, he said he was a drunk but he always wanted to tell me that, i miss him to but i don't want to tell him because he told me that while he was intoxicated! lol oh btw no way is it a booty call we live in too far apart!. i just wanted 2 know if i should ask him if he meant it or just leave it alone.
