Sig Sauer P250 interchangeable caliber?

I have researched and found that the Sig Sauer P250 is extremely interchangeable. If I bought the 9mm version of this pistol, would I be able to interchange the barrels to make it fire .45 rounds? I heard that this is possible and easy to do but I may have misunderstood.
