What is your opinion of the XCH gullet system?

Do you have experience with them? Are they crap? I am trying to decide between the ovation XCH saddle and a pessoa XCH saddle. I really like the idea of the interchangeable gullet system b/c I can change it with the build of the horse. What are your thoughts?
