A good desktop for around $600?

My family is looking for a new desktop for around $500 and I'm going to pitch in $100 to $200. So I want a desktop with a decent processor and a good video card for gaming also some RAM. So I will look at computers around 700 dollars. Also I would like a computer with interchangeable parts. So I could upgrade and things like that.
