I'm 10 years old and don't know who my dad is I don't even have a name?

Is there any way i can find my father without a name , description or even residence or workplace? And my mom was probably intoxicated and can't tell me who he is, And IT DOESN'T SAY IT ON MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE !
