I have both Win 7 Home 64 upgrade and win 7 pro oem are act codes interchangeable?

You can not upgrade a 32 bit os using a 64 bit disk. You can not use the same activation code. 64 bit activation codes do not work on 32 bit os and vice versa. Upgrade codes are different to oem codes.
