Is there a chance that my bestfriend likes me?

Last night I took my bestfriend to my friend's birthday party. Eventually everyone got very intoxicated, including myself and I fell asleep in my friend's room on his bed. As my bestfriend was sitting next to me while I was sleeping she gave me a full body massage and I let her because it felt so good since my body was sore from working out. Do you think there's a chance that she likes me or was she just doing me a really nice favor?
