Should Barbosa go to the Bulls?

Its clear Keith Bogans is useless on the Bulls, and they desperately need a SG. What about Barbosa? He is a very efficient scorer and can cut to the basket like no other. He can also run the point so Rose can play off the ball at times. I think Rose/Barbosa combo would be hard to stop because they are really fast and interchangeable at both positions.
